Mission accomplished!
On April 17, Prof. Stefano Zunarelli submitted his resignation as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Marconi Handling, the company which manages the handling services of the airport of Bologna. Having been completed, with the satisfaction of all parties, the sales process of the majority of the shares of the company from SAB (public company which manages the airport, controlled by the Chamber of Commerce of Bologna and local authorities) to Group Zincone (among the first private Italian operators in handling services). Prof. Zunarelli assess the merger as an important step forward in the process of modernization and effective liberalization of airport services in our country.
