On Friday, 6 July 2018 (starting at 2.00 PM) in Milan, on the occasion of the UIA Seminar on “International commercial distribution and intermediation: focus on Spain, France, Germany and Japan”, Alberto Pasino will chair the panel focusing on German and Japanese legislation on those matters. The presentations will be held by Olaf Hartenstein (Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein – Hamburg), Monika König (Menold Bezler – Stuttgart), Verena Moll (Zschunke – Paris) and Yoshihisa Hayakawa (Uryu & Itoga – Tokyo).

Paolo Lombardi (ELEXI Studio Legale – Turin) President of UIA’s Private International Law Commission, will chair the session focusing on the main peculiarities of Spanish and French legislation in the same matters. The  speakers of the session will be Francisco Ramos Romeu (Ramos & Arroyo Abogados -Barcelona), Fernando de la Mata (Cortés, Abogados – Barcelona), Simona Matta (Zschunke – Paris) and Nathalie Sinavong (Shubert Collin Associés – Paris).

The seminar, organized by the Associazione Italiana Commercio Estero (Italian Association of Foreign Trade) in cooperation with the Union International des Avocats, will be held in English Language and will take place at the Unione Confcommercio, Sala Colucci, in Corso Venezia, 47.
