Insurance law

We provide legal services in all complex branches of insurance law: ranging from the risks which characterize the transportation sector (e.g. damages to transported goods, hull and machinery, and carriers’ civil liability) to damage insurance, professional and third party liability, as well as third party car insurance.

We provide out of Court and Court advice and representation to major Italian and foreign Insurance companies, insurance brokers and insured companies.

Our services range from legal advice concerning the drafting of general terms and conditions of insurance contracts, to handling claims both in the pre-litigation and litigation phase.
