Zunarelli Studio Legale Associato operates in the field of administrative law by both advising companies, public bodies and institutions on administrative issues and fulfilments, and by safeguarding their interests at Court.

The Firm’s main areas of practice are port law, project financing, public local transport and the related drafting of or appealing against calls for tender, public procurements, licenses and authorizations, appeals against orders of seizure and forfeiture of vehicles, means of transport and goods.

Recent representative matters include:

• we assist companies and individuals in the appeal proceedings against withdrawal orders of public facilities, both before the Administrative Judge and before the Ordinary Judge;

• we have assisted a port terminal operator under art. 16 of the Law n. 84/1994 for the purpose of preparing an appeal to the Regional Administrative Court aimed at challenging the legitimacy of the tender notice concerning the assignment of the “operation” service (that is unloading and handling of coal batches lots which reach the port by ship, destined for supply of a well-known thermoelectric power plant);

• we have pleaded an appeal to the Regional Administrative Court, against the variant to the PRG of an important Municipality of Emilia-Romagna;

• we have assisted a company in the action aimed at enforcing the non-fulfilment of a town-planning agreement and the consequent compensation for the huge damages suffered;

• we have successfully pleaded an appeal to the Regional Administrative Court to contest the award of an open procedure reserved by a motorway operator company for a supply contract;

• we have advised a Local Authority on the decision not to subject to the EIA a project concerning an establishment presenting a major- accident hazard.
