We rely on professionals who have in-depth knowledge and experience in Labour Law and Trade Union Law, and we represent both employees and employers, also by collaborating with the main Italian trade unions.

We offer legal representation to both foreign and Italian companies, transport undertakings, insurance brokers, consortia, co-ops, workers and manager.

In addition, we provide a “day-by-day” labour consultancy on employee management, disciplinary proceedings, enforcement of national collective agreements, implementation and creation of labour law contracts and agreements, relationship management towards trade unions and national labour inspectors. Companies are also granted legal aid in both judicial and out-of-court proceedings, as well as with regard to corporate restructuring, business reorganization and staff reduction operations.

Recent work includes:

  • we provide assistance in Court disputes with regard to appeals against dismissals, pay and pension differentials, terminations of employment contracts by mutual agreement and ascertainment of employer/employee relationships;
  • we furnish legal advice to major multinationals managers with regard to the termination of their employment contracts by mutual agreement;
  • we have acted for a service cooperative operating in the IT sector during its winding up phase with regard to the termination of the employment contracts;
  • we have assisted a transport company under inspection by the Direzione Territoriale del Lavoro(i.e. Labour Inspectorate);
  • we have drafted employment contracts under the instruction of a transport undertaking.
