Avv. Leonel Mouzinho Alberto Carlos

Leonel Mouzinho Alberto Carlos is senior legal consultant at Carlos & Crociani Consultores, in Pemba, Cabo Delgado, Mozambique.
He holds a degree in Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon, Portugal, in 2009. He graduated at the “Escola Secundaria from Matola” in Maputo, Mozambique.

In 2010, he was teacher of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Mozambique, Pemba.
Since 2010, he is a member of Ipaj – Instituto do Patrocínio e Assistência Jurídica (Ministry of Justice) and he is currently a member of the Bar Association of Lawyers of Mozambique.

From 2011 to now, he is collaborating with Zunarelli B&T Law Firm. The collaboration focuses on the experience of legal, commercial and contracts consultancy for Italian companies interested in carrying out operations of commercial investments in Mozambique and in Central and Eastern Africa in general and legal assistance.
