Sabrina Gao is Associate of the Firm, working in Shanghai Office from 2010.
Sabrina Gao provides assistance to foreign enterprise during its operation on the Chinese market as well as to Chinese companies investing overseas. Works as consultant in relation to all the aspects concerning company law, international and domestic contract and commercial law, labour law, tax and other practice areas related to foreign direct investment. Furthermore, provides his assistance for the protection of intellectual property rights as well as other litigation procedure before Chinese or International judicial, administrative or arbitration competent authority.
Works as consultant on her practice areas for primary Italian or local entrepreneur association (Unindustria, AICE, China Leather Association, Shanghai Boat Association) and cooperate on Italian and European Law with the Shanghai University or China Eastern University of Political Science and Law. The activity carried on by the Shanghai office has been recognized with the “Le Fonti” award as “Best Law Firm in China”.
