Luis Alberto Morales joined the Firm as Of Counsel on 2022, and he is in charge for South-West of China (Yunnan, Guangxi, Sichuan, Chongqing). He has been living in China since 2018. Luis has been dealing with administrative and public law, after graduating in Law at the Universidad Católica del Valle de Atemajac, Mexico. Luis has experience both in the internal administrative sector and in public government institutions. He manages cases and provided legal advice in public security, administrative area of public administration, commercial-agricultural sector development, and labor.

Luis provides assistance to enterprises for the consolidation of business, contracts, or establishment of companies in China, included scouting of Chinese trading partners, assistance both to foreign companies operating in China and local enterprises in their in-out bound activities.
